勉強はきらい！(English only)

I hate revision.

Even though I’ve officially left college now, I still need to go in for EXAMS! Fortunately I only have two exams left; psychology and film studies. But I still need to revise like crazy.  Which is making me go slowly insane.

I think I’m set for film studies though – I was talking to my parents’ friend about it, who happens to be really big on films, and he was like “oh yeah, I’ll bring one or two films round if you like that you might find useful.”

Next morning he came round with not one, not two, not three, but FOUR massive bags FULL of DVDs. It’s like a movie goldmine! （ ゜◇   ゜）

I don’t know which to watch first…

Also, I find when you’re revising, all of a sudden really stupid things amuse you…

And you find stupid videos like these that make you laugh for hours on end.

Oh SHINee, what joy you bring to my life...

(Also, I realise the absence of any Japanese, I didn’t have time to translate it due, again, to revision! So I’ll make up for it with a picture of the greatest Japanese band of all time, ARASHI!)

I love these guys far more than is healthy...

SHINeeの日本語のシングル ♥

私とべスと言う友達はよく韓国の音楽を聞きます。私が本当に大好きバンドはSHINeeです。

今年、SHINeeは日本にデビューしましたから、私達はとてもワクワクしました！私は「今、彼達は日本語で歌うから、私は少し分かる事ができるね！」と思いました。うれしかったです。(*^▽^*)

昨日、私はEMI Musicから、SHINeeについてメールがもらいました。そこに SHINeeの新しい日本語のPVはYouTubeで見られるを読みました。もちろん、私は早くそのビデオを見ました。

とてもすごかったです。SHINeeの皆はカッコイと思いました。ゆふくとダンスもカッコイとおもいました。

だから、皆さん、「Replay: 君は僕の Everything」と言うシングルを聞いて、見てくださいね！皆さんの意見は何ですか？私に話してください~

Okay, so yesterday, I got a really exciting email!

Mine and my best friend, Beth’s favourite Korean band, SHINee, recently started their debut in Japan, and so we signed up to the email newsletter (which is in Japanese, giving me more chance to practise~).  

Anyway, so I was checking my emails in college while I was waiting for my friends to arrive, and I noticed I had a new message from ‘EMI Music’ saying that SHINee’s new music video for Japan had just been released!   Needless to say, I was VERY excited.   Not only was it a new video, but it was in Japanese, so I could sort of understand it. (*^^*)

So I watched it, and it was AMAZING. Although some of the outfits were a bit…out there, they all looked really good! (This was possibly the first SHINee video where I genuinely liked all of their hair!) And the dancing was really cool! And I really liked how all the members got their own little section with the girl in the video, it was really cute! So yeah, big thumbs up for the new Japanese version of ‘Replay’.

私の名前はフランです。十八才です。

二年間私は学校で日本語を勉強していました。だけど、今日は私の卒業日ので、これから、私は日本語のレッソンがありません。少し悲しかったですよ！(TT▽TT) でも、日本語を習う事を続けるために、私はこのブログを書くつもりです。そして、卒業のあとで、私は友達によく会えませんから、私は英語で書きます。( ≧∇≦)/ 

だから、このブログを読んでいる人はたぶん私の友達です。そして、前に、私の日本語のクラスと「英国注目」と言うブログを書きましたから、そのブログを読んでいた人ももしかしたらこのブログを読むかもしれません。でも、たくさん人はもう私の事を知っても、私についてを書いたほうがいいですね。(*^▽^*)

じゃあ、今日私は卒業しました。九月私は家へ出で、大学へ行きます。そこで私は文科と本を書いている事を勉強します。私の夢はいつも作家に成りたいので、それは本当に便利で、そごいと思っています。(^▽^)

私の一番好きな事はアジアです。特別に、日本と韓国が大好きです。私はアジアのドラマや、音楽や、文化や、食べ物が大好きです。だから、私はたぶんアジアの事について書きますけど、私の学校の友達に話したいので、私は私のライフについても書くつもりです。(*^▽^*)v

Hello~

My name is Fran and welcome to my blog!  (*^▽^*) 

You may have noticed that quite a lot of this is written in Japanese – for the past two years I have been learning Japanese at college, but now that I have graduated to go to university this September, I won’t be able to have lessons anymore, so I’m going to keep it going by writing half in Japanese, half in English! No doubt quite a lot of people reading this first post will know me already, but I should probably introduce myself just in case~

So, as I’ve said, I’ve just left college and I’m getting ready to leave home and go to university to study English literature and creative writing! My lifelong dream has been to be published and become an official author, so it feels like a step closer!

Anyone that knows me will tell you I’m a tad…obsessive (^ ^;) especially when it comes to Asia, mainly Japanese and Korean things (hence the Japanese).  I’m completely addicted to Asian music, dramas, films, clothes, food…  I’ve long suspected I was probably born in the wrong country!

So yeah, you can most likely expect a lot about Asia, but I will try to blog about my life in general, because, after leaving college, I’m hoping to also use this blog to keep in touch with everyone~ (^▽^)
