Today I went back to my old college to help out my Japanese teacher – because of the recent disaster in Japan, she wanted the old class to come and write a letter in Japanese to some of the victims, so that they know that we’re thinking of them.

Also, because we’d finished the AS course, she asked us to help out the first years with their Japanese, and so everyone worked really hard to send a lot! I hope they like it~

Three months ago, we also did a big charity event in college for the Japanese appeal. Our Japanese class sold cakes, origami, homemade cards, we had a clothes sale. It was really successful and we managed to make loads of money to send to Japan! It was such a relief to know that we could do SOMETHING to help, because it was so horrible!

Also, before going into college, me and my friend Chereen decided to go to our old high school to visit some of our old teachers. It was so strange going back! It seemed so tiny after college! But it was lovely seeing everyone again, I might go back again sometime now that I have so much time on my hands!

But after that I was thinking, I’ve left high school, I’ve left college, oh my god I’m so OLD! I can’t believe I’m leaving home soon!  It’s so bizarre!
